Personal Delivery

For our Hawke's Bay customers we now offer two personal delivery options of your fully built, ready to ride e-bike. 

We offer personal delivery to your home or work. 

We'd really appreciate the opportunity to meet you and spend some time introducing you to your new bike, just like we do for in-store customers at our Havelock North bike shop. 

Personal Delivery

We'll show you how your e-bike operates, give you a run-down of it's cool features so you can get the most out of it from day one. 

We'll bring our tools along to make personal adjustments for you, whether it's raising the handlebars to make your back and shoulders more comfortable or adjusting the position of the saddle for maximum seat comfort. 

Personal Delivery - Premium Upgrade

The ultimate in confidence-building one-on-one personal service. Recommended for riders new to electric bikes and folks who haven't ridden a bike in recent years. 

We'll cover everything from our regular personal delivery service in much greater depth to ensure you are 100% comfortable and confident in all aspects of your new e-bike. 

This includes a half hour consultation, tutorial and demonstration. 

We bring along our own bike too, so we can ride together and we can teach you how to get the most out of your bike riding. 

What regions is personal delivery available?

We are currently offering personal delivery in the Hawke's Bay Region. 

What is the cost of personal delivery?

We offer personal delivery to homes and workplaces in Hastings, Havelock North, Taradale, Napier and Eskdale from $37 - $97 (Premium)

Personal delivery in Central Hawke's Bay and Northern Hawke's Bay is available for $67 - $147 (Premium)

If you live outside Hawke's Bay and really feel that the personal delivery service is the only option for you, get in touch with us and we'll quote you over the phone. 

How do I choose my delivery option?

Our personal delivery service means you can choose the time we arrive, so you don't have to wait around all day for a courier. To arrange a time you can message us, give us a call at the shop on 06 877 8477 or leave us a message during the shopping cart process:
