Now in it's 30th year the MCL Construction Triple Peaks Challenge is bigger and badder than ever. A couple of new race directors from the Bennelong Mountain Bike Club in Havelock North have laid out new trails and mountain biking routes across Te Mata Peak, Mt Erin, and the biggest beast of all, Mt Kahuraniki. Throw in a couple of river crossings and you've got yourself a great big 56km adventure.
